Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong accountability for consistency with project commitments and goals.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team serving both regional and global clients, fostering partnerships and driving project timelines.
  • Represent Right Calibre in interactions with clients, providing education on our services and processes.

Qualifications:
  • 7-10 years of experience in account management, including 3-5 years of supervisory/team lead experience.
  • Digital fluency and understanding of the complex media/advertising landscape.
  • Extensive video production development and leadership skills for mid-to-large-scale productions.
  • Recent experience in non-traditional experiential creative and production.
  • Curiosity to learn business knowledge that can drive creative solutions for clients.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
