About the Role:

The Talent Pal Product team is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to own CX for one or more shopping events. We expect the Senior Product Manager to be a tenured product leader with experience delivering customer-facing experiences.

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction
  2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or computer science
  3. Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product design, engineering, and marketing
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to stakeholders
  5. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and drive business outcomes
