**Job Summary**

The Patient Service Representative plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our day-to-day clinic operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet clients and create a welcoming environment
  2. Provide information on services and schedule meetings with Client Relations Consultants
  3. Manage incoming clients and phone calls in a professional manner
  4. Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided at all times
  5. Introduce clients to treating specialists during appointments
  6. Maintain a clean and organized waiting area
  7. Manage client flow and ensure efficient communication among staff

**Reception Duties**

  1. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
  2. Schedule client consultations and appointments
  3. Manage the daily clinic schedule and bookings
  4. Keep Clinic Staff informed of appointments, cancellations, and rescheduled appointments
  5. Prepare and maintain accurate records and paperwork
  6. Perform ad-hoc tasks to support daily clinic operations
  7. Ensure confidentiality and protect sensitive client information

**Requirements**

  • 5+ years of customer-facing experience with a focus on service delivery
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior administration experience is an asset
