- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data-driven insights for decision-making.

- Familiarity with emerging trends and technologies in payment operations.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; a master's degree or relevant professional certification is a plus.
