Position Overview:
Skill Farm is seeking a dedicated professional for the role of Credit Manager. This position is essential for overseeing credit operations and ensuring compliance with established policies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee a Credit Monitoring Forum to address expirations and overdue accounts.
- Assist in the execution and management of the Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) process.
- Identify opportunities for automation to enhance operational efficiencies and support cost management initiatives.
- Conduct reviews based on specific events to evaluate adherence to processes and policies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish an Early Alert process.
- Contribute to the formulation of Credit policies and Product programs through insightful inputs.
- Engage with various teams, including product, credit, risk, and operations, regarding credit-related issues.
- Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports and presentations for executive review.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Comprehensive understanding of the credit lifecycle, banking operations, and relevant policies and regulations is essential.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working in the UAE is required.
- Familiarity with the regulatory framework in the UAE is necessary.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and a business-oriented mindset.
