Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth and developing strong client relationships. They will be responsible for leading our business development efforts and identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development:
  • Identifies and pursues new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, online research, and industry events.
  • Develops and maintains a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and communication with potential clients.
  • Closes sales contracts, ensuring profitable and sustainable client relationships.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Buids and maintains strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Acts as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Collaborates with internal teams (marketing, creative, and project management) to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
Market Analysis & Reporting:
  • Stays up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Provides regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Analyzes sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimizes sales strategies.
Networking and Industry Engagement:
  • Attends industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand professional network.
  • Represents Roxstar International in a professional and positive manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the digital marketing or content creation industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building successful client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, social media marketing, PPC, and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of content creation process and sales.
  • Knowledge of sales pipeline management best practices.
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics and reporting.
