Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Vacation Homes Onboarding Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing department, your primary responsibility will be to onboard new properties into our holiday home portfolio. You will work on qualified leads provided by the company, as well as proactively identify new opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with property owners and investors to introduce our holiday home management services
  • Manage incoming leads and convert them into signed onboarding agreements
  • Conduct thorough property assessments and evaluations to ensure alignment with our brand standards
  • Prepare and present customized proposals, service plans, and ROI projections to potential clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and real estate agents for future business opportunities
  • Coordinate with operations and listings teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process
  • Keep accurate records of outreach, follow-ups, and client interactions in the CRM system
  • Provide valuable feedback to the marketing and management teams based on market insights and client interactions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, real estate, property management, or hospitality (preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage a sales pipeline and close deals efficiently
  • Familiarity with property rental markets and investor mindset
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in approach
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  • Valid UAE driving license (if applicable)
