The Role

We are seeking an experienced Property Onboarding Manager to oversee the onboarding process of new properties, ensuring they meet our high standards for interior design, furniture, and overall aesthetics.

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail and be able to manage multiple properties and vendors efficiently.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding Coordination: Oversee the onboarding of new properties, ensuring they align with our company's standards and requirements.
  • Interior & Fit-Out Supervision: Manage interior fit-out projects, including furniture selection, layout planning, and aesthetic enhancements.
  • Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Work with furniture suppliers, contractors, and interior designers to ensure timely delivery and installation.
  • Property Readiness: Ensure all newly onboarded properties are fully furnished, equipped, and meet high-quality standards before listing.
  • Quality Control & Compliance: Conduct final inspections to verify that properties adhere to branding, safety, and guest comfort standards.
  • Project Management: Track and manage multiple onboarding projects, ensuring timely completion within budget.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in interior fit-out, property onboarding, or project management within the holiday homes, hospitality, or real estate industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with interior design concepts, fit-out procedures, and furniture procurement.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple properties and vendors efficiently.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong eye for aesthetics, quality, and compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to address fit-out challenges and resolve issues effectively.
