Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging, creative, and innovative content for regularly scheduled posts that enlighten our audience and promote our brand-focused messages.
  • Content Calendar Management: Coordinate with our social media and marketing team members to oversee their work and offer guidance or direction to ensure seamless execution of our content calendar.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Audit and analyze our social media presence, including digital advertising costs and returns, to identify areas for improvement and optimize our social media strategy.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate social media messaging with our marketing departments and brand managers to identify and reach quarterly or seasonal company goals.
  • Campaign Analysis: Analyze social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement.
  • Brand Integration: Work with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages.
  • Channel Integration: Integrate all channels of marketing (social media, e-commerce, content marketing, email, print, and digital marketing) to ensure a cohesive brand message.
  • Community Engagement: Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to act, turning fans into customers and customers into advocates.
  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor and develop reports on competitor activity within social media spaces.
Requirements
  • 3 years plus of social media and content creation experience.
  • Retail and fashion background is a must.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations, or related field.
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
  • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.
  • Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and customer-focused with good multitasking and organizational ability.
  • Reliable, dynamic, and eager to learn.
