Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Listing Coordinator to join our team at Eastern Sands Real Estate. As a Listing Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date listings for sales and leasing properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Listing Management: Create and update listings for sales and leasing properties, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Data Entry: Enter and maintain data on CRM, portals, and Esands database, including property information, prices, and availability.
  • Lead Generation: Research and generate leads from various sources, including portals and other marketing channels.
  • Communication: Coordinate with Agents, Leasing and Sales Executives, and Marketing Department to ensure timely and effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit weekly and monthly leads reports to Management.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to Agents and other team members as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in real estate, with a strong understanding of the local market.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, with a degree in a related field preferred.
