This role will involve sourcing, negotiating, and procuring construction materials, equipment, and services, as well as monitoring supplier performance and ensuring compliance with agreements.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate procurement activities to ensure alignment with project timelines and quality standards.
  2. SOURCE AND SELECT SUITABLE SUPPLIERS, CONTRACTORS, AND VENDORS FOR CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS AND SERVICES BY EVALUATING THEIR CAPABILITIES AND PERFORMANCE.
  3. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure cost-effective procurement and maximize value for the company.
  4. Issue purchase orders and ensure the timely delivery of required materials, coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams as needed.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction procurement or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and contract management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors.
  • Knowledge of procurement software and ERP systems, with experience in using them to manage procurement activities.
  • Understanding of construction materials, suppliers, and industry standards, with the ability to analyze market trends and optimize procurement costs.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
