We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Hotel Ambassador to join our team at Occidental Sharjah Grand. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who possess exceptional communication skills, knowledge of local attractions, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting guests with their luggage, messages, and packages, as well as escorting them to their rooms and explaining hotel facilities. They will also assist with valet parking, prepare documents for guest check-in, handle internal and external telephone calls, and perform cash control and currency exchange duties.

Requirements:

  • A polite, friendly, and self-assured attitude
  • Excellent knowledge of local attractions and establishments
  • Skills in multitasking and good time management
  • Ability to speak Russian fluently
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
