About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Contract Administrator. As a key member of our Sales Centre, you will be responsible for creating and managing contracts, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.

Responsibilities include conducting thorough quality assurance reviews with our ownership purchasers from contract initiation to closure, addressing post-sale concerns, responding to questions, and providing a comprehensive verification and acknowledgment overview of the pertinent facts related to ownership obligations.

You will work closely with our Sales Centre team members to ensure that they adhere to company policies, governmental compliance, and maintain a professional image. Your goal is to foster comfort with our owners' decision to purchase by ensuring that their concerns are addressed and they have a clear understanding of their ownership obligations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage contracts, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance reviews with ownership purchasers from contract initiation to closure.
  • Address post-sale concerns, respond to questions, and provide a comprehensive verification and acknowledgment overview of ownership obligations.
  • Maintain regular contact with purchasers as the primary point of contact within AVC, ensuring contract closure is on schedule and obtaining any required documents or information promptly.
