We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Anantara Front Desk Associate to join our team. As a key member of the front office, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out.
About the Role
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to inquiries in a helpful and attentive manner.
- Demonstrate complete knowledge of the resort product, including room types, rates, features, food and beverage outlets, spa and health club, and other Anantara properties.
- Take personal responsibility for ensuring high-quality service delivery and maintain a positive image of the resort at all times.
- Proactively suggest alternatives that meet guest needs and exceed their expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with resort policies.
- Keep supervisors informed of all guest feedback, whether positive or negative.
- Develop strong relationships with all departments and participate in training to improve professional skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A strong focus on customer service and excellent communication skills.
- Prior experience in hotel front office operations is preferred, along with proficiency in MS Office and Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Fluency in English is required, with Russian or German speakers being an advantage.
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, with a self-motivated and team-oriented approach.
