Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Life Insurance Administration Officer to join our team in Dubai. As a key member of our New Business Processing Department, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support to our financial advisers and customers.
Your primary duties will include handling and resolving life insurance queries, evaluating new business and servicing applications, assisting with documentation, maintaining client and policy data, interacting with product providers and financial advisers, and coordinating with our compliance department when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer servicing role in the life insurance industry.
- Familiarity with life insurance providers operating in the local market, their products, and processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
