Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Management Professional to join our team as a Building Systems Specialist. As an FM Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing buildings' mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems (MEP) to optimize building performance and reduce operational costs.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage and maintain MEP systems, including HVAC, BMS, and Chiller Plant Operations
  2. Supervise sub-contractor technicians and manage repairs and maintenance activities
  3. Develop, implement, and monitor maintenance programs to ensure efficient building operations
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless building operations
  5. Provide excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
  6. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering
  2. At least 5 years of experience in MEP maintenance and management, with at least 2 years of experience in the UAE
  3. Knowledge of MEP systems, BMS, HVAC, and Chiller Plant Operations
  4. Experience in managing sub-contractors and technicians
  5. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
  6. Experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring maintenance programs
  7. Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  8. A UAE driver's license is a plus
