Global FMCG Sales Manager Lead

Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Country Sales Manager to lead our Global FMCG Brand's sales efforts in the region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and maximize distribution penetration.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to optimize distribution coverage in all sales channels, working closely with local distributors and their management teams.
- Create in-store visibility plans to ensure our products remain competitive or superior to direct competitors.
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams to develop annual marketing plans that align with company strategy and guidelines.
- Promote Key Account Management initiatives to improve share of shelf and amplify product visibility among consumers.
- Establish and track KPIs for trade and consumer-related projects and activities, reporting progress and achievements.
- Monitor distributor order forecasts and confirmed orders from factories to maintain adequate stock levels and buffer stock equivalent to 2 months' future sales.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing management in the FMCG industry, preferably in impulse-driven product lines.
- Prior experience in Key Account Management, Trade Marketing, Sales, and Distribution.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook; SAP experience is an asset.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Marketing or Finance.
