Job Description:

Al-Futtaim Automall is the Used Car Division of the Al-Futtaim Group and has been developed following extensive customer research, using worldwide best practices with the addition of market-leading customer service. Al Futtaim Automall is the largest and most trusted used vehicle retailer in the region for over a decade. We are currently seeking an experienced Tele Sales Executive to join the Al Futtaim Automall team in Al Ain.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure all incoming calls are answered within an efficient time frame and as per the department verbatim.
  2. Divert calls to the correct department and member of staff in an efficient and professional manner.
  3. Achieve pre-defined Sales Targets.
  4. Achieve and maintain the Company prescribed sales standards for the area of operation, improving company and brand image.
  5. Achieve or exceed allocated sales targets.
  6. Achieve or exceed CSI objectives, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and repeat sales.
  7. Adhere to company sales and prospecting systems, achieving or exceeding the target on the number of prospects logged.
  8. Constantly improve and update knowledge, especially regarding product range, features, market trends, and selling techniques.
