  • Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, competitive positioning, and customer needs. Provide insights to the sales team for better targeting, positioning, and differentiation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and finance, to align sales acceleration initiatives with overall business objectives. Collaborate with sales managers to ensure effective implementation and adoption of sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a sales analyst or a similar role, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel, Salesforce, SQL or similar CRM systems.
  • Solid understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and lead-to-revenue lifecycle.
  • Experience with sales enablement tools and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

  • Familiarity with financial products and markets is desirable.
