Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Accounting Department, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Process transactions, issue checks, and update ledgers and budgets.
- Handle communications with clients and vendors, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
- Perform basic office tasks, such as answering phones and processing mail.
Requirements:
