The Product Executive will be responsible for promoting products and services to customers, discovering new sales prospects, negotiating contracts, and maintaining customer satisfaction to maximize profits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to all applicable Zahrawi policies and procedures.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and analyze market trends to understand new products and their advantages and disadvantages.
  • Plan and assist with new product releases and events.
  • Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

Business Development:

  • Establish contact with new customers to inform them of our products and understand their needs.
  • Provide potential customers with support, information, and guidance by performing product demonstrations and gathering feedback.
  • Follow up with new customers after the demo session to negotiate contracts and packages.
  • Evaluate contract compliance with our rules and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Procurement and Logistics team to ensure timely product delivery.

Marketing and Customer Service:

  • Coordinate with the Marketing Department to create new marketing materials.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers by providing them with support, information, and guidance.
  • Recommend new products to existing customers based on their needs and provide ongoing support.
  • Assist customers in answering product-related questions in a professional and timely manner.
