Role Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and stabilizing project initiatives within the organization. This role requires a strategic approach to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Oversee project reports and ensure smooth execution of project tasks.
  • Process Implementation: Establish project management processes that facilitate timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Resource Management: Assemble project plans, assign responsibilities, and monitor team efforts while identifying necessary resources.
  • Milestone Tracking: Monitor project milestones and adjust plans and resources to align with client requirements.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate project scope, budget, risks, and resource implications across the organization.
  • Methodology Expertise: Demonstrate extensive knowledge in project management methodologies, tools, and change management practices.
  • Complex Project Management: Manage projects of medium to high complexity that require cross-functional collaboration.
  • Delivery Assurance: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget constraints.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Lead discussions with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Goal Setting: Assist departments in establishing realistic goals while ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Resource Allocation: Coordinate the availability and allocation of resources to ensure project success.
  • Risk Management: Develop comprehensive risk management plans and conduct thorough risk assessments.
  • Work Breakdown Structure: Create and maintain work breakdown structures to track task completion effectively.
  • Relationship Building: Foster and manage relationships with team members and external partners.
  • Status Reporting: Develop and communicate project status updates to the Program Manager and relevant stakeholders.
  • Change Management: Lead change management efforts concerning project scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation to ensure transparency and accountability.
