Our team is committed to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's financial systems.

Your Role

  • You will be an integral part of our team, working closely with other departments to ensure the effective management of cash and banking operations.
  • You will be responsible for managing the cash handling process, including collecting cash envelopes from the front office drop safe, depositing cash and cheques into the hotel bank account, and preparing general cashier reports.
  • You will also be responsible for controlling house banks, preparing house bank reconciliations, performing spot checks, handling petty cash float, and providing change to cashiers.
  • In addition, you will update weekly foreign exchange rates at the reception, prepare cash flow statements for review and approval by the Director of Finance, and balance the cashier's over/shortage report with the general ledger at the end of the month.
  • You will also handle hotel tobacco stock, prepare journal vouchers after inventory, and coordinate with the bank officer regarding work-related matters.
  • Lastly, you will control star studio entrance tickets and prepare tax payments.
