  1. Talent Sourcing & Acquisition

    • HEAD-HUNT AND DIRECTLY APPROACH HIGH-PERFORMING REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONALS IN THE MARKET.
    • MANAGE THE FULL RECRUITMENT CYCLE, FROM SOURCING AND SCREENING TO INTERVIEWS, OFFER NEGOTIATION, AND ONBOARDING.
    • BUILD AND MAINTAIN A STRONG PIPELINE OF CANDIDATES TO MEET ONGOING BUSINESS NEEDS.
    • WORK CLOSELY WITH THE REPORTING MANAGER TO ALIGN RECRUITMENT EFFORTS WITH WORKFORCE PLANNING, RETENTION STRATEGIES, AND BUSINESS OBJECTIVES.
    • PROVIDE WEEKLY RECRUITMENT REPORTS TO THE HR MANAGER, TRACKING HIRING PROGRESS, CHALLENGES, AND KEY MARKET INSIGHTS.
  2. Recruitment Team Management
    • LEAD, MENTOR, AND SUPPORT THE INTERNAL RECRUITMENT TEAM TO ENHANCE PERFORMANCE AND EFFICIENCY.
    • SET KPIs AND TARGETS FOR THE RECRUITMENT TEAM, ENSURING HIRING GOALS ARE MET.
    • PROVIDE REGULAR TRAINING AND GUIDANCE TO IMPROVE RECRUITMENT TECHNIQUES AND INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement
    • PARTNER WITH SENIOR MANAGEMENT, SALES DIRECTORS, AND DEPARTMENT HEADS TO UNDERSTAND HIRING NEEDS.
    • ENSURE HIRING ALIGNS WITH COMPANY CULTURE AND STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES.
    • DEVELOP AND PROMOTE RICHMOND PROPERTIES AS AN EMPLOYER OF CHOICE IN THE REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY.
  4. Compliance & Process Improvement
    • ENSURE ALL RECRUITMENT ACTIVITIES COMPLY WITH UAE LABOR LAWS AND RERA REGULATIONS.
    • CONTINUOUSLY IMPROVE RECRUITMENT PROCESSES, INTERVIEW TECHNIQUES, AND ONBOARDING STRATEGIES.
    • MAINTAIN AN ACCURATE DATABASE OF CANDIDATES AND HIRING RECORDS FOR REPORTING AND COMPLIANCE PURPOSES.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 6 years of real estate recruitment experience.
  • STRONG SOURCING AND RECRUITMENT SKILLS.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certifications are a plus).
  • IN-DEPTH KNOWLEDGE OF THE DUBAI REAL ESTATE MARKET, HIRING TRENDS, AND RERA REGULATIONS.
  • ABILITY TO MANAGE A RECRUITMENT TEAM WHILE ALSO ACTIVELY SOURCING CANDIDATES.
  • PROFICIENCY IN ATS (APPLICANT TRACKING SYSTEMS), LINKEDIN RECRUITER, AND CRM TOOLS.
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION, NEGOTIATION, AND RELATIONSHIP-BUILDING ABILITIES.
