This role is pivotal in steering the identification, assessment, and analysis of technological risks. You will formulate strategies for mitigating and resolving risks to align with corporate, legal, and regulatory standards. Additionally, you will guide and mentor team members while overseeing recruitment processes. Regular updates on risk-related initiatives will be provided to management.

As a leader, you will cultivate teams capable of recognizing, managing, and escalating risks, ensuring effective risk management within your teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the resolution of control deficiencies and associated action items. Collaborate with responsible parties to ensure timely resolution.
  • Facilitate and support risk evaluations and control assessments. Lead the Business Unit Testing Management efforts.
  • Deliver reports to management and operational risk teams regarding compliance, security, and other risk initiatives.
  • Establish and uphold policies, standards, risks, controls, and procedures.
  • Manage risk and control evaluations. Oversee risk control assessments and evaluations.
  • Administer policy training, compliance monitoring, reporting, and escalations.

Minimum Qualifications:

To qualify, candidates should possess:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Risk Management, or Computer Science
  • 6+ years of experience in Risk Analysis, Compliance, or Project Management
  • Alternatively, 8+ years of experience in Risk Analysis, Compliance, or Project Management without a degree
