Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Functional Consultant - D365 Finance and Operations to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and customizing D365 solutions, with a focus on finance and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and customize D365 finance and operations solutions to meet client needs.
  • Configure and integrate finance and operations modules in Dynamics 365.
  • Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and recommend solutions.
  • Lead end-to-end ERP implementations, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Perform quality assurance and testing to validate system functionality.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 finance and operations, specifically financial reporting and budgeting.
  • Ability to map and configure business requirements into D365.
  • Minimum three full-cycle ERP implementations, including at least one Grocery Business ERP project.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Sure Step methodology.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.
  • Education: ACCA, CA, MBA, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in Dynamics 365 finance and operations implementation.
