- Transfer Pricing Documentation: Lead the preparation and management of transfer pricing documentation to support intercompany transactions.
- Tax Compliance Processes: Ensure that effective tax compliance measures are implemented across all business entities.
- Reporting Management: Manage the periodic and annual reporting of direct and indirect taxes to the relevant authorities.
- Legislative Updates: Stay informed about changes in tax legislation within the region and assess their implications for the business.
- Tax Optimization: Identify and pursue opportunities to enhance tax positions and reduce tax liabilities.
- Audit Management: Manage relationships and responses to tax audits initiated by authorities, ensuring a smooth process.
- Training and Development: Provide training and support to the tax team and other relevant departments, fostering a culture of compliance and awareness.
- Reconciliation Oversight: Review intercompany and related party reconciliations, ensuring prompt resolution of discrepancies.
- Audit Process Supervision: Oversee and monitor all audit activities for the designated area, ensuring timely completion and compliance.
Experience Required:
Minimum of 10 years in financial accounting and management accounting roles, with a strong focus on corporate taxation.
