Position Overview
As a Laundry Service Coordinator, you will exhibit adaptability while transitioning through various roles and working environments within the resort.

Your role will involve utilizing essential communication skills to engage with both guests and team members, while ensuring strict adherence to our operational policies and health & safety protocols.

In this position, you will alternate between responsibilities such as Valet, Pool, Laundry, and Linen Chute attendant, encompassing both hands-on tasks and administrative duties.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Restocking and organizing amenities supplies
  • Cleaning and managing the transportation of trolleys
  • Processing laundry requests efficiently
  • Providing prompt and courteous service to guests, both in person and over the phone
