We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Housekeeping Manager. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel rooms, public areas, and facilities.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, as well as previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality management. They should possess strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Your key responsibilities will include supervising housekeeping staff, inspecting rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met, and training new employees on cleaning procedures and safety protocols. You'll also be responsible for monitoring inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, handling guest requests and complaints, and developing and implementing cleaning schedules and routines.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback to staff, and contribute to the implementation and enforcement of safety and sanitation policies.
