About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Eathos. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Tortilla Restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
  • Training and Development: Train and mentor staff on restaurant policies, procedures, and customer service standards, ensuring consistent adherence.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Monitor and evaluate customer ratings and feedback to gauge satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Motivation: Encourage and motivate the team to provide excellent customer service and exceed customer expectations.
  • Food Display: Regularly inspect and replenish the food display area with fresh and visually appealing food items.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and presentation.
  • Scheduling: Assist in scheduling staff, ensuring appropriate coverage during peak hours and special events while optimizing labor costs.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing supply orders to maintain sufficient stock levels while minimizing waste.

  • Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, new menu items, promotional offers, and sales techniques to drive revenue growth.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role in the restaurant industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and organizational skills to manage a team and oversee restaurant operations.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with staff, guests, and vendors.
  • Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for creating a welcoming and memorable dining experience.
  • Restaurant Operations: In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house procedures.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism and diplomacy.
  • Health and Safety: Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations in a restaurant environment.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient computer skills for point-of-sale systems, inventory management, and scheduling software.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Brand Knowledge: Knowledge of Tortilla Restaurant's menu, brand, and service standards is an advantage.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift and carry moderate weights and stand for extended periods.
