About the RoleThis is a challenging role that requires a proactive, resourceful mindset with a keen attention to detail and problem-solving ability. The successful candidate will have strong organizational and multitasking capabilities, with the ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines effectively.
The primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Managing general HR administrative tasks and overseeing file management, including maintaining accurate HR databases and employee records, while ensuring smooth office operations.
- Organizing and coordinating meetings, tracking progress, and actively contributing to the Taqdeer project.
- Designing and implementing employee engagement initiatives and corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities to foster a positive work culture.
- Preparing documentation for employee medical insurance, including managing new enrollments and updating additions or deletions of employees and their dependents.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in HR Administration or Recruitment Coordination within a multinational environment, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
