About the Role:
The Front Desk Coordinator will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our business center. Key responsibilities include:
  • Greeting and assisting visitors with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
  • Coordinating and facilitating office inspections with regulatory bodies.
  • Managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate tenants.
  • Providing administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Maintaining and coordinating appointments and meetings hosted within the space.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in front desk or administration.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
