About the Role:
The Front Desk Coordinator will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our business center. Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting and assisting visitors with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Coordinating and facilitating office inspections with regulatory bodies.
- Managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate tenants.
- Providing administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Maintaining and coordinating appointments and meetings hosted within the space.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in front desk or administration.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
