Responsibilities:
- Handling daily arrivals and departures, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes.
- Processing and responding to all reservation requests and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Managing and maintaining accurate records of guest information and reservations.
- Ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
- Providing exceptional guest service and addressing any concerns or issues.
Requirements:
- Three years experience in hotel reservation and room divisions.
- At least one year of experience in the Front Office or Reservations department.
- Familiarity with hotel operations and available technology (PMS & RMS).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
