Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective onboarding strategies to ensure new dealers are fully integrated into our network.
  • Provide comprehensive training and orientation to new dealers, familiarizing them with our products, services, and operational procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of dealer visits and dealer information/feedback.
  • Monitor and achieve monthly onboarding targets.
  • Prepare and share daily KPI reports in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 2-3 years of experience in used or new vehicle sales, particularly in business development.
  • Valid UAE driver's license.
  • Good knowledge of the used car market.
  • Used car dealer market awareness.
  • Ability to drive commercial results with measurable KPIs.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Must have strong marketing and sales skills.
  • Highly presentable individual with a professional attitude.
  • Ambitious, competitive, and with the stamina to grow within the organization.
