Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Transaction Management:
    • Process invoices and manage vendor payments in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Monitor accounts receivable, including tracking payments and following up on overdue accounts.
    • Prepare and process bank deposits and ensure proper documentation.
  2. Financial Record Keeping:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.
    • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, providing valuable insights for business decision-making.
    • Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies, ensuring the accuracy of our financial records.
  3. General Ledger Management:
