About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Professional to join our team as a Capital Markets Team Assistant. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting the Capital Markets team and providing exceptional administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Capital Markets team, including data entry, report preparation, and project coordination.
  • Oversee the implementation of a new document management system, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to the team.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, itineraries, and visa processing for personnel.
  • Provide holiday cover for the Executive Assistant and liaise with senior executives as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-3 years of corporate experience in a similar administrative role.
