We are seeking an experienced HR Director to join our team in the Gulf and Saudi Arabia regions. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and plans that align with the company's business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to the regional business heads, local business stakeholders, Regional HR LT Embedded HR Business Leaders, People Services Team, and Centres of Excellence to ensure successful execution of HR initiatives.
  • Maintain expertise in HR functional areas such as compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in a multinational corporation.
  • Proven track record of driving business results through HR initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
