Key Responsibilities:

  2. Evaluate sales team skills, identify areas for improvement, and provide personalized coaching to enhance performance and achieve commercial success.
  3. Design individualized coaching plans and deliver targeted training to address skill gaps, ensuring seamless execution of business objectives.
  4. Analyze the impact of training programs and offer recommendations for improvement, optimizing ROI and driving business growth.
  5. Collaborate with sales leaders to develop their teams through coaching and cross-functional development, promoting a cohesive approach to achieving commercial goals.
  6. Evaluate team product knowledge and facilitate ongoing education on product portfolios, staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
  7. Train distributor sales staff on product ranges and support their onboarding into new markets, expanding Omanyp's customer base and revenue streams.
  8. Partner with the Business Development Manager (BDM) to implement strategies for growing the business, including identifying suitable distributors and developing strategic partnerships.
  9. Conduct joint field visits with staff and distributors to promote products and build relationships, strengthening Omanyp's position in the market.
  10. Identify clinical education needs and coordinate with the Clinical Education team to deliver targeted programs, enhancing the quality and effectiveness of training initiatives.
  11. Maximize the use of Omanyp's training platforms and evaluate the ROI of training initiatives, ensuring a high return on investment and sustained business growth.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in a clinical or technical field (e.g., medical, dental, or dental hygiene) or equivalent professional qualifications.
  2. At least 5 years of relevant experience with a proven track record in training and business development, demonstrating expertise and a passion for driving commercial growth.
  3. Experience planning and coordinating continuing education events, showcasing ability to manage complex projects and ensure successful outcomes.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online tools, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
  6. Background in dentistry is advantageous, providing a deep understanding of Omanyp's products and services.
  7. Ability to travel nationally and internationally, as required by the role, to meet with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
