This is a high-profile opportunity to join the Amazon team as a Senior Program Executive. You will be working closely with Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) to ensure they have the resources available to meet the capacity needs of the Amazon NA Network.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and vendor management, with experience driving process improvements and owning program strategy.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Provide an onboarding experience matching DSP and station needs, reducing the dwell time of candidates, and improving the conversion of candidates through the onboarding lifecycle.
  2. Develop business understanding of key stations and geographic variation to support overall strategy.
  3. Move between strategy and execution on a daily basis, iterating and innovating the acquisition and experience for Delivery Associates, improving the onboarding experience for new drivers and DSP owners.
