Application Performance Engineer

We are looking for an Application Performance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in identifying and resolving issues, escalating when necessary, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and resolve performance-related issues.
  • Utilize Dynatrace to monitor application infrastructures.
  • Escalate higher-level issues to OEM support or L2/L3 teams as needed.
  • Understand and manage alerts related to application slowness, network issues, database problems, and storage concerns.
  • Work with various business applications, including Java and .NET, and databases like SQL.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Minimum 5 years' experience in Dynatrace in NOC environment.

Familiarity with network, server, and storage infrastructures.

Ability to perform effective triaging and troubleshooting.

Familiarity with business applications and database management.

Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Ability to handle multiple monitoring tasks and prioritize effectively.
