Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years in an upscale hotel, resort, or cruise ship environment with at least 2 years as Chef Tournant. A culinary school degree is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and supervise all direct reports, ensuring excellent food knowledge and culinary term understanding.
  • Coordinate and oversee main kitchen sections, including Sauce, Entremetier, Fish, Roast, Outlet CDP, Tournant, and Cold Kitchen.
  • Maintain recipe folders and undertake daily recipe reviews.
  • Prepare electronic requisitions for section production and countercheck deliveries.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years in an upscale hotel, resort, or cruise ship environment.
  • A culinary school degree.
  • Strong management skills in a multicultural and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
