We are seeking a highly skilled QS Engineer to join our team at Water Seal Insulation Cont. Co. as a Construction Project Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Review and analyze construction plans to ensure accurate quantity requirements and prepare detailed reports.
  • Cost Management: Scrutinize maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts, to ensure the best deals and optimize budget allocation.
  • Communication and Liaison: Collaborate with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessments, and other documents to support project decision-making.
  • Advisory Role: Provide expert advice to managers and clients on improvements and new strategies to enhance project outcomes.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage materials inventory, ordering additional supplies as needed to ensure project continuity.
  • Design and Budget Updates: Document any changes in design and update budgets accordingly to reflect project progress.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Establish and maintain professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Travel and Site Visits: Travel from the office to various sites as required to oversee project progress and address any site-specific issues.
