About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Implementation Coordinator to join our team at Dice. As an Implementation Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful onboarding of new customers and the coordination of project implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute project implementation, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Customer Onboarding: Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers, providing guidance and support throughout the onboarding process.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a project management or implementation coordination capacity.
  • Sales experience is a plus, but not required.

  • Proven attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of project management software is a plus.
