About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Food Production Supervisor to join our team at Modern Bakery LLC. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation of our Cold & Hot kitchen, ensuring consistency and quality in our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Planning: Plan day-to-day production using lean manufacturing methods and calculate required raw materials for the preparation of specific items.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure finished products are prepared by following SOPs/Food Safety Standards and stored at required temperatures.
  • Team Coordination: Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and other food handlers and maintain uniformity in existing products.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
