**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Enforcement Manager to join our team at Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM). As a key member of our Monitoring & Enforcement Division, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with ADGM's commercial legislation and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and Enforcement: Monitor compliance with ADGM's commercial legislation and regulations, and enforce disciplinary actions and sanctions as necessary.
  • Investigations and Analysis: Conduct thorough investigations and analysis to identify contraventions of ADGM commercial legislation and regulations.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit reports to senior management and stakeholders, and communicate findings and recommendations to relevant parties.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of Enforcement Officers, providing guidance and support to ensure effective delivery of enforcement activities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and industry partners, to ensure effective enforcement and compliance.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as law, finance, or business.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years of post-graduate experience in law enforcement, forensic accounting, compliance, or financial regulation, with a focus on investigations and prosecutions.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex matters and make sound decisions based on evidence.
  • Language: Fluent in business English.
