    • Assist in managing and supporting various litigation processes, including contract disputes and intellectual property claims.
  • Contract Management
    • Review, negotiate, draft, and revise commercial contracts, including service agreements, non-disclosure agreements, procurement agreements, and more.
  • Real Property Transactions
    • Handle real property transactions, including leases, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Client Support
    • Manage the intake of contract requests and conduct internal client interviews to understand issues and provide advice on best practices.
  • Business Relationships
    • Maintain strong business relationships with internal groups requiring legal support and ensure effective communication.
  • Compliance
    • Keep the legal department informed of significant developments in a timely manner, using sound business and legal judgment.
  • Leadership
    • Exhibit leadership and teamwork skills to foster a collaborative environment and drive business results.
  • Additional Responsibilities
    • Provide legal support in specific areas as directed by the General Counsel and maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all tasks.

Requirements

  • Qualifications
    • Proven experience in the legal field, with a strong understanding of corporate law and regulations.
  • Education
    • Must hold a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and have passed the California State Bar Examination.
  • Work Experience
    • A minimum of two (2) years of work experience prior to attending law school, with a preference for candidates with litigation support experience.
