Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Luxury Home Agent to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing market analysis, and negotiating contracts.

Responsibilities:
  1. Client Engagement: Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting luxury properties.
  2. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and provide expert advice on property valuations.
  3. Negotiation and Contracting: Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth deal closures.
  4. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  1. Nationalities: We welcome applicants from various nationalities, including Iranian, Russian, UK, and Philippine.
  2. Driving License: A valid driving license in Dubai is required.
  3. Experience: Proven experience as a real estate agent or similar role.
  4. Market Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
  5. Skill Set: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, proficiency in MS Office and real estate software (e.g., MLS).
