Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Development Representative at the Client of Michael Page Sharjah, you will be responsible for assisting experienced Sales Representatives in answering technical questions posed by customers during outbound telephone calls. Key Performance Indicators:

  • Identify potential customers through networking initiatives, cold-calling, and email communications.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential and existing customers.
  • Research competitors' products, pricing, and product success to determine customer preferences.
  • Develop innovative sales strategies to achieve sales goals.
  • Promptly submit customers' purchase orders to the relevant department for processing.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner to maintain customer loyalty.
