About the Role

The Marketing Science Measurement team is responsible for interpreting the performance of advertising on our platform. We work closely with advertisers to optimize their activity and build meaningful connections that drive behavior change. As a Measurement Partner Manager, you'll supervise Measurement Partners in the METAP region and report to the Measurement Head of AMA.

You'll partner with top METAP clients and agencies to measure the effectiveness of their investment with our platform. You'll also work with cross-functional teams to ensure clients and agencies have best-in-class support. We're looking for highly-driven, empathetic individuals who can build our Marketing Sciences discipline and drive execution, curiosity, and data-driven thinking in a fast-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Grow the team with high-performing measurement talent.
  2. Partner with clients and agencies to provide good measurement that leads to better understanding of their performance on the platform.
  3. Focus on strategic consulting with revenue and product teams to drive and implement learning agendas for agencies and clients.
  4. Manage client and agency feedback to ensure their voice is reflected with our product and partnerships teams.
  5. Partner with METAP leadership to provide ongoing Measurement POV to our relevant clients and regional teams.
  6. Partner with product and partnerships teams to prioritize the right measurement partnerships for the region.
  7. Partner with global teams to build the case for sustained team growth across additional growth teams (research, data science).
Requirements
  1. Experience with digital advertising, large marketing-related organizations, or measurement suppliers in Middle East / Africa.
  2. A strong track record of building analytical teams with clear examples of operational discipline and strategic acumen.
  3. Relevant bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; graduate degree in a science, mathematics, operations, business, digital marketing, or research preferred.
  4. Experience in inferential problem solving through experimental design and analytical methods.
  5. Exceptional time-management and goal-oriented task management skills.
  6. Ability to work effectively, deploy consistent quality, and provide guidance on what decisions should be made.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Management experience in service-based leadership.
  2. Proficiency with performance attribution measurement.
  3. Experience with advertising agencies or complex marketing data-driven organizations preferred.
  4. Interest in working in a fast-paced environment with global talent.
  5. Familiarity with regional industry lobby groups and measurement initiatives a plus.
