Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Structure Management: Develop and maintain an effective staffing framework that meets the operational needs and productivity goals of the organization while adhering to local labor laws.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, refine selection methodologies, conduct interviews, and facilitate comprehensive onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Policy Implementation: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, including the employee handbook and operational standards, to maintain a consistent work environment.
  • Employee Relations: Design and assess employee relations initiatives, including conducting exit interviews and analyzing employee feedback to improve workplace culture.
  • Disciplinary Procedures: Administer the disciplinary framework in accordance with the established guidelines and local employment legislation.
